Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an NPI and R&D LAB Manager based in Dimona. Responsibilities include overseeing the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, supporting research and development projects, ensuring efficient laboratory operations, and performing analytical evaluations. The manager will streamline the transition of products from development to production while maintaining high standards in lab safety and quality control.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and draw conclusions effectively
- Proficiency in Mechanical and electrical laboratory operations and management
- Experience in supporting Research and Development (R&D) projects
- Proven expertise in laboratory skills and methodologies
- Ability to lead and coordinate a technical team in a research environment
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field such as , Mechanical Engineering or electrical engineering.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Experience in the battery or energy storage industry is an advantage
