As a Contract Parapet Inspector, you will conduct thorough parapet inspections for compliance with Local Law 126, document findings, and prepare DOB-compliant reports. This will involve assessing the structural integrity of parapets, identifying potential issues, and providing actionable recommendations. You will collaborate with property owners and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with NYC regulations. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tel Aviv District, Israel.

• Strong knowledge of Local Law 126, NYC construction codes, and building compliance regulations
• Experience in structural inspections, parapet evaluations, and safety assessments
• Proficient in report writing and documentation; ability to generate clear and DOB-ready reports
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to liaise with property owners and team members effectively
• Ability to work on-site in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, and meet travel requirements as needed
• Relevant certification or professional credentials in construction, engineering, or building inspections
• Experience in a compliance-focused or related role is a plus
