About the Role

The Product Manager will own a defined product area and be accountable for delivering measurable business and customer impact. This role is designed for a PM who can operate in an AI-first product environment: using AI tools to accelerate discovery, prototyping, analysis, prioritization, and delivery, while also identifying opportunities to embed AI capabilities into the product itself.

The ideal candidate is execution-oriented, data-driven, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to move quickly without sacrificing product judgment.

Responsibilities

• Own a product area, including roadmap, prioritization, delivery, success metrics, and ongoing performance.
• Define product opportunities by combining customer needs, stakeholder input, business priorities, and available data.
• Conduct user and stakeholder discovery to understand workflows, pain points, and unmet needs.
• Translate problems into clear product requirements, hypotheses, experiments, and delivery plans.
• Apply AI tools across the PM workflow, including research synthesis, problem framing, prototyping, data exploration, validation, and communication.
• Reduce time from idea to execution through AI-assisted workflows, rapid iteration, and pragmatic decision-making.
• Prioritize work based on business impact, customer value, technical feasibility, and data.
• Partner closely with Engineering, UX, Data, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality product outcomes.
• Monitor product performance, analyze results, and use insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Challenge assumptions, simplify solutions, and identify faster or more effective paths to impact.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI capabilities within the product to create value for users and the business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to own product initiatives from discovery through delivery and measurement.
• Experience delivering measurable product, business, or operational improvements.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for product work, such as research, prototyping, analysis, validation, or communication.
• Experience working with AI-driven features, products, systems, or a strong interest in applying AI to product development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to understand complex workflows, data dependencies, technical trade-offs, and operational constraints.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design/UX, Data, and business stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into product decisions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.

Bonus Points

• Experience working on complex operational systems, such as dispatch, optimization, forecasting, logistics, real-time operations, or restaurant technology.
• Experience building AI-driven product capabilities or applying AI to improve product development speed and quality.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or highly ambiguous environments.
• Experience with experimentation, analytics, or KPI frameworks.
