Sales Representative

We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team and help drive the growth of our professional training and technology education programs.

This role combines market research, sales, solution building, and customer retention.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and identify organizations that can benefit from Sela's training programs and courses.
• Manage the sales process and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Perform outreach through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
• Manage sales conversations with both cold and warm leads.
• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored training solutions.
• Support customer retention efforts and identify opportunities for continued engagement.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, customer-facing roles or customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Fast learner with strong business acumen.
