Position Overview-

• Senior Quantitative Researcher / Algorithm Developer joining an elite core research squad of 10 scientists expanding to meet rapid scaling demands.
• Owning the end-to-end algorithmic pipeline—from deep theoretical research, statistical modeling, and machine learning design, through to production-grade deployment.
• Developing low-latency, high-throughput predictive systems and high-frequency trading algorithms using C++ and Python.
• Analyzing complex, multi-layered financial datasets from diverse global markets to engineer alpha-generating strategies.
• Balancing collaborative squad brainstorming with total technical ownership over personal, end-to-end projects.

Requirements-

• M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Physics, Mathematics, Computational Chemistry, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science from a leading academic institution (Mandatory).
• 4 years of proven professional experience as an Algorithm Developer or Quantitative Researcher (Mandatory).
• Strong production-grade programming proficiency in C++ (Mandatory).
• Hands-on experience working with data-intensive environments, complex statistical models, or advanced Machine Learning / Deep Learning methodologies.
