Vice President of Products

Cello (formerly Cellopark) is an Israeli technology company founded in 2004, delivering smart parking and mobility solutions for both consumers and businesses. Our consumer app serves hundreds of thousands of drivers, offering a wide range of services: parking, car washes, EV charging and refueling, roadside assistance, and more all, in one convenient platform.

For business clients, we develop dedicated platforms and services for parking operators, EV providers, and municipalities. Our business platform centralizes all fleet services, enables real-time control and monitoring, streamlines processes, reduces bureaucracy, and delivers significant financial and operational savings.

Our team is growing, and we are looking for you to join us as a VP Product (Member of Executive Leadership Team) to define and execute our vision, innovation strategy, and future roadmap.

What will you do:

Market Engagement: Leveraging insights from customers, partners, and advisory board to gather feedback to define product roadmap, vision, and competitive analysis.

Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with company goals and market trends.

Roadmap Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership, stakeholders, and product teams to define and prioritize the product roadmap and user experience.

Product Execution: Oversee the end-to-end product execution lifecycle, from concept to launch.

Work Processes: Build and implement structured work processes within the department.

Product Performance: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate product performance and success.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support to ensure alignment across departments.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a talented team of product managers and designers to reach their utmost potential.

The VP Product reports directly to the CEO and is a member of the executive leadership team, participating in strategic company decisions.

 Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, including significant leadership experience managing product managers and product teams.

• Experience leading digital products in B2C, B2B, or B2B2C environments.

• Experience with mobile applications, SaaS products, or digital platforms – an advantage.

• Experience in the urban mobility or automotive industry – an advantage.

• Hands-on approach with the ability and willingness to be deeply involved in product decisions, execution, and day-to-day product work when needed.

• Proven track record of successfully leading product teams and bringing innovative products to market.

• Strong understanding of product development methodologies, including Agile and Lean principles.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

• End-to-end experience in B2B2C environments.

• Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Creative problem-solver with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
