AI Engineer

An innovative Israeli technology company originally founded as a disruptive startup and subsequently acquired by a global retail giant that developments an advanced, augmented reality (AR) virtual try-on platform.

Counting 200 professionals locally, the company functions as an elite innovation hub under its parent global enterprise, operating at the intersection of retail tech, computer vision, and high-scale software engineering.

The company's R&D center is located in Tel Aviv (exceptionally accessible, situated directly on a primary train line) and operates on a hybrid model allowing for two days of remote work per week.

Position Overview

• Senior Full-Stack Engineer joining a core, highly specialized Risk & Abuse engineering division, reporting directly to the Group Director.
• Architecting and scaling fraud-detection engines, anomaly-mitigation pipelines, and continuous monitoring systems to protect a high-scale global digital marketplace.
• Operating with a strong technical emphasis on Server-Side architectures built in Java and Python, complemented by lighter client-side development in React.
• Integrating state-of-the-art AI utilities and Large Language Models (LLMs) into the backend pipeline to automate risk pattern discovery and security decisioning.

Requirements-

• 5 years of proven professional software development experience (Mandatory).
• Strong, production-grade programming experience with at least one modern backend ecosystem: Java, Python, Node.js, or Go (Mandatory).
• Direct, practical experience integrating or leveraging AI utilities, LLMs, or Machine Learning frameworks inside a production environment (Mandatory).
• Solid technical familiarity with building web interfaces using React or equivalent client-side frameworks.
