This is a full-time, on-site position located in Kiryat Gat for the role of מנהלי עבודה. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day construction and operational tasks, coordinating teams on-site, ensuring adherence to project timelines, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. Additional responsibilities include liaising with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met efficiently and cost-effectively.

• Experience in team coordination, site management, and task prioritization
• Understanding of construction standards, safety protocols, and work plans
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in project management tools and reporting systems
• Technical knowledge relevant to the construction and industrial sector
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in Hebrew; knowledge of English is an advantage
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction management or a related field
