Software Architect

The company develops next-generation silicon architectures alongside deep infrastructure software to accelerate neural computing at the edge.

The company's new corporate R&D hub is located in the Sharon region (exceptionally accessible, situated directly on a primary train line) and operates on a hybrid model allowing for two days of remote work per week.

Position Overview-

• AI Software Architect stepping into a principal technical leadership role to pioneer the software layer architecture for next-generation Neural Processing Units (NPUs).
• Defining and steering the end-to-end software architecture for the company’s AI Toolchain, enabling seamless model compilation, optimization, and deployment.
• Architecting high-performance, low-latency embedded execution runtimes and software pipelines optimized for on-chip AI Inference.
• Serving as the ultimate technical bridge across multi-disciplinary divisions, collaborating closely with Hardware (VLSI, Chip Design), Software, and Product squads, while acting as the authoritative technical interface for tier-1 global clients.

Requirements-

• 5 years of proven professional experience operating as a Software Architect within complex technology companies (Mandatory).
• Deep, direct engineering background in Embedded Systems or low-level operating system architectures (Mandatory).
• Strong, production-grade programming mastery in C++ or Python (Mandatory).
• Extensive, hands-on experience driving Hardware-Software co-design pipelines or interfacing closely with silicon/chip-design ecosystems (Mandatory).
• Deep technical familiarity with deep learning runtime frameworks, AI compilation tools, or NPU/GPU hardware acceleration matrices.
