Export Coordinator

Elmo servo drives technology (A Bosch Company) enables the world’s most advanced robotics, medical devices, semiconductors, and industrial automation equipment.

Elmo Motion Control is looking for an Export Coordinator to join their team!

The position will include:

• Coordinate and manage shipments from the warehouse to customers, both domestically and internationally
• Prepare shipping documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and supporting documents
• Upload, maintain, and manage documents in company systems and customer portals
• Work closely with shipping companies, customers, and internal stakeholders
• Track, monitor, and update shipment status in company systems
• Handle special shipments and exceptional cases
• Review and approve freight and logistics vendor invoices

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in shipping- required
• Full proficiency in Priority ERP- a significant advantage
• Experience working with Salesforce- an advantage
• High level of English, both written and spoken
• Familiarity with import and export regulations
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
