🚀 We're Hiring — DSP Algorithm Engineer
At Challenge Technology, we build high-speed communication systems that push the limits of speed and distance. We're looking for a DSP engineer who loves hard problems and wants to own real technology — not just maintain it.
📌 Role: DSP Algorithm Engineer
📍 Full-Time | On-site / Hybrid
🎯 Experience: 3–5 years in digital communications DSP
✅ What we're looking for:
→ Physical-layer algorithms: equalization, timing/phase recovery, AGC, FEC
→ Strong MATLAB / Python simulation skills
→ Hands-on lab experience (oscilloscopes, BERTs, AWGs)
→ Solid foundations in QAM, PAM, OFDM at multi-Gbaud rates
→ Bonus: mmWave / high-speed links, LDPC/FEC, FPGA
