The company operates dual, modern R&D sites located in Tel Aviv (directly on the train line) and the Sharon region allowing employees the unique flexibility to work regularly out of either site. The company utilizes a hybrid model with one day of remote work per week.

Position Overview-

• Senior Go Backend Engineer joining an elite development squad to build out a brand-new, core product line featuring highly complex distributed systems architecture.
• Designing and implementing scalable, low-latency microservices from scratch using Go (Golang).
• Architecting multi-tenant, cloud-agnostic backend applications deployed seamlessly across major public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Engineering high-throughput data-ingestion layers, managing both relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) database storage.
• Utilizing modern container orchestration ecosystems and automated pipelines to facilitate rapid feature shipping in production.

Requirements-

• 5 years of comprehensive, hands-on professional software development experience focused heavily on backend architectures (Mandatory).
• Proven, direct experience writing and deploying production-grade backend applications using Go (Golang) (Mandatory).
• Solid technical command over distributed systems design, Microservices architectures, and asynchronous workflows.
• Hands-on engineering familiarity with Cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization frameworks (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Strong practical understanding of database design across both SQL and NoSQL storage engines, alongside robust CI/CD engineering delivery.
