QA Engineer

Position Overview-

• Senior Multi-Disciplinary QA / Automation Engineer joining specialized R&D divisions to spearhead end-to-end quality validation across integrated software and hardware platforms.
• Multiple open tracks tailored to different engineering strengths:
• Sole Quality Lead: Embedded directly within an agile software engineering squad to own the entire testing lifecycle and drive automated validation from scratch.
• System Validation Specialist: Conducting deep HW/SW integration testing on sophisticated scanning electron microscopy (SEM) systems and imaging applications.
• Automation Developer: Engineering robust, automated testing infrastructure and framework extensions utilizing Python.
• Executing comprehensive validation routines across both System & Code levels, covering functional, regression, high-throughput performance, and automated nightly regression pipelines.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional physics, algorithms, and software teams to align hardware-software behaviors with extreme technical tolerances.

Requirements-

• 5 years of proven professional experience operating as a QA or Test Automation Engineer (Mandatory).
• Hands-on, practical engineering experience validating integrated hardware and software (HW/SW) environments or complex cyber-physical machinery (Mandatory).
• Direct engineering experience and technical comfort deploying, configuring, and testing software across both Linux and Windows operating systems (Mandatory).
• Strong practical programming or scripting proficiency in Python for test automation, script building, or tool development.
• Demonstrated ability to build structured Test Plans from abstract technical specifications, with strong technical communication and system-level troubleshooting skills.
