The company's R&D headquarters is located in Tel Aviv (exceptionally accessible, situated immediately adjacent to a primary light rail station) and operates on a hybrid model requiring four days of in-office collaboration and one day of remote work per week.

Position Overview-

• Senior Full-Stack / Backend Engineer joining an elite core R&D squad to own high-impact, end-to-end feature delivery and complex architectural design.
• Reporting directly to the R&D Team Lead to drive systemic technical decisions, implement modern engineering methodologies, and shape the platform's foundation.
• Engineering high-scale, secure backend infrastructure primarily utilizing Python deeply integrated with cutting-edge AI-driven development tools.
• Overseeing high-throughput data-ingestion layers and cloud infrastructure management over AWS.
• Providing light full-stack capabilities by designing and expanding intuitive client-side visualization interfaces using React.

Requirements-

• 6 years of proven, hands-on professional backend software engineering experience (Mandatory).
• Deep, production-grade programming mastery utilizing compiled or interpreted server languages specifically Python, Go, or Node.js (Mandatory).
• Proven career background operating inside agile, fast-paced tech startups (Mandatory).
• Robust, direct experience architecting and operating applications within modern public Cloud environments, specifically AWS (Mandatory).
• Strong engineering familiarity with Data architecture, pipelines, or heavy storage management is a significant professional advantage
• Prior practical exposure to client-side technologies like React and TypeScript is a distinct plus.
