Global IT Cloud and Services Program Manager

We are hiring: Global IT Cloud and Services Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our Global IT Cloud & Services organization and play a key role in driving governance, operational excellence, and cross-organizational alignment across a portfolio of strategic IT initiatives.

In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership and global teams to establish standardized project management practices, improve reporting visibility, support strategic planning processes, and lead operational cadences across Cloud Services, Infrastructure, and Employee Services domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive process standardization and governance across multiple IT initiatives
• Consolidate reporting and provide executive-level project visibility
• Lead and coordinate organizational programs such as QBRs, PI Planning, All Hands, and training initiatives
• Support budget planning, tracking, and governance activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful execution of strategic programs
• Improve operational efficiency and delivery consistency across the organization
• Support leadership with strategic insights, project tracking, and execution management

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in project management within enterprise environments - Must
• 3+ years of experience in program management or multi-project coordination - Must
• Proven experience managing complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders - Must
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies and IT infrastructure - Must
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills - Must
• Experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional global teams - Must
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Monday.com, or equivalent - Must
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - Must
