Analytics Growth Manager | Petah Tikva | Hybrid

Mertens Malam Team is hiring an Analytics Growth Manager for a leading Data & Technology organization based in Petah Tikva.

This is an opportunity to lead data-driven growth initiatives across the entire customer lifecycle from pre-sale to post-sale — with direct impact on revenue growth and business performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead growth initiatives based on data analysis and business insights

• Work closely with senior management, Sales teams, and Customer Success teams

• Analyze Funnels, Cohorts, and Segmentation models

• Build analytical models, dashboards, and performance tracking solutions

• Lead and mentor a team of analysts while implementing professional standards

• Work with SQL, BI tools, and Product & R&D environments

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in Analytics

• 3+ years of managerial experience

• Strong SQL skills and experience working with databases

• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik

• Experience working with Sales teams, Customer Success teams, and customers

• Strong business understanding and the ability to lead data-driven processes
