Director of Finance (Relocation to Europe)

Reporting to CFO

We’re looking for a strong Finance leader ready to take the next step into a strategic, high-impact role within an international, multi-entity environment.

This is a relocation opportunity to Europe with great Israeli team, ideal not only for experienced Finance Directors but also for Chief Accountants (Controllers) who are ready to grow into a broader leadership position.

🔹 What you’ll do:

• Partner closely with the CFO to shape and execute financial strategy

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning

• Oversee group cash flow, treasury, and working capital management

• Manage all accounting and reporting processes (month/quarter/year-end)

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies

• Take ownership of billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition processes

• Lead and develop a team of ~10 finance professionals

• Act as a key business partner across departments

🔹 What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in a senior finance role (Finance Director / Head of Finance / Chief Accountant / Controller)

• Strong expertise in accounting, reporting, and financial planning

• Experience in international or multi-entity environments – strong advantage

• Hands-on approach combined with strategic thinking

• Team management experience.

• High level of ownership, business orientation, and analytical skills
