Senior Marketing Analyst

One of our clients, a fast-growing technology startup in the digital entertainment space, is looking to hire an experienced Marketing Analyst to join its growing team.

The company is developing an innovative short-form entertainment platform that combines premium original video content with advanced AI capabilities and real-time data analysis. Its product creates a unique viewing experience inspired by the engagement dynamics of social media platforms alongside the storytelling quality of leading streaming services. Within a relatively short period, the company has achieved significant international traction and reached top rankings in the US market within its category.

The Marketing Analyst will report directly to the VP Marketing and play a central role in driving marketing performance, business growth, and strategic decision-making processes. This position is intended for a highly analytical and experienced professional who can independently lead complex analyses, uncover strategic insights, and support senior leadership with data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing reporting and performance analysis across multiple acquisition channels
• Build and maintain advanced dashboards and automated reports for Marketing, Product, and leadership teams
• Analyze campaign performance and identify actionable growth opportunities
• Work with multiple data sources including Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM systems, and internal databases
• Monitor and analyze key KPIs such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention, conversion funnels, and user behavior metrics
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and BI teams to support strategic data-driven decision making
• Write complex SQL queries and work directly with databases
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and measurement reliability
• Present insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior management
• Conduct in-depth ad hoc analyses to support fast-paced business decisions

Requirements

• Proven experience in Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar analytical role
• Proven experience in a senior or highly independent analytical position
• Strong SQL skills and experience working directly with large datasets
• Experience building dashboards and working with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels, attribution models, and performance marketing KPIs
• Technical mindset with solid understanding of databases and data structures
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex insights for senior stakeholders
