Performance Marketing Team Lead

About the Role

A leading global media and digital marketing company is looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Team Lead to manage strategic client activity and lead a team of performance marketers.

This role combines campaign strategy, client leadership, data-driven optimization, and team management in a fast-paced international environment.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Lead performance marketing strategy and execution across platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and additional digital channels
• Oversee campaign planning, optimization, tracking, measurement, and KPI performance
• Manage and grow relationships with global clients and strategic accounts
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to clients
• Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers and performance specialists
• Analyze campaign and business performance to drive continuous optimization and growth
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure high-quality execution and delivery

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field – mandatory
• Hands-on experience managing campaigns across major digital platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Experience working with international/global clients – mandatory
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills
• Leadership capabilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Fluent English – mandatory
• Hebrew – an advantage
