We are looking for an experienced and driven Long-Term Savings Project Manager to join a leading insurance company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple end-to-end projects in the Long-Term Savings domain across various systems and business areas
• Take full ownership of projects from budgeting phase through production deployment
• Plan, coordinate, and drive tasks according to project timelines while managing scope, budget, and deliverables
• Work closely with specification, development, QA, business users, and internal/external stakeholders
• Manage cross-functional interfaces and ensure smooth collaboration between multiple teams
• Lead several parallel projects in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment
• Report directly to the Head of Project Management Department as part of the project management team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher education in Information Systems or a related field
• Proven experience managing complex projects within Information Systems organizations using diverse technologies
• Strong matrix management experience
• Proven ability to lead complex end-to-end projects in large organizations using various technologies and methodologies
• Experience managing project scope, budget, timelines, and cross-functional integration
• Ability to manage multiple projects, interfaces, and processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong system-wide, business, technological, and process-oriented thinking with attention to detail
