Network Operations Center

Calanit , a leading technology and IT services company, is hiring a NOC / System Operator to operate and monitor enterprise-scale IT systems in a 24/7 shift-based environment.

What will you be doing?

• Real-time monitoring and detection of system issues
• Troubleshooting incidents and analyzing system-wide impact
• Resolving issues or escalating to the appropriate teams
• Working closely with internal technology teams
• Distributing ongoing updates and status reports
• Managing incidents end-to-end until full resolution

What are we looking for?

• At least 2 years of experience in NOC / System roles
• Experience in a large organization (hundreds of users or more)
• Strong knowledge of Windows and network protocols
• Experience with monitoring systems and incident troubleshooting
• Familiarity with VMware / Active Directory / Linux / Citrix / Cloud environments – a strong advantage
• Splunk experience – an advantage
• Good level of English
• Availability for 24/7 shift work, including nights and weekends
