Position Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on part-time Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Specialist to join our HR team on a temporary basis as maternity leave cover, with potential for extension.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys full-cycle recruitment, proactive sourcing, and partnering closely with hiring managers in a fast-paced global environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse roles across the organization.
• Proactively source and headhunt candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and additional sourcing platforms.
• Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidate .it
• Publish job ads across relevant recruitment channels.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment and sourcing.
• Strong hands-on experience with proactive sourcing and headhunting methodologies.
• Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Job Slots.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including cross-cultural collaboration.
