The company is located in Tel Aviv (highly accessible, situated directly on a primary train and mass transit line) and operates on an attractive hybrid work model with flexibility for three days of remote work.

Key Responsibilities-

• Writing exceptionally clean, high-performance, and maintainable server-side application code.
• Designing and mapping out robust, scalable software architectures capable of processing dense media streams and high concurrent user traffic.
• Engineering intelligent agentic architectures, automated prompt execution pipelines, and semantic context search frameworks (RAG).
• Building and governing AI evaluation matrices, observability dashboards, and automated testing runs to monitor live LLM performance and token costs.
• Providing continuous technical leadership, conducting deep code and system design reviews, and systematically mentoring developers to elevate their technical growth.
• Technical & AI Stack-Software Architecture, PHP, Laravel, Large Language Models (LLMs), GenAI Integration, Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Observability & Evaluation, Scalable Production Systems, and Agile Team Leadership.

Requirements-

• 7 years of proven, hands-on professional experience in Software Engineering with a strong track record of building complex, web-based production platforms (Mandatory).
• 2 years of dedicated professional experience operating in a technical leadership role (e.g., Team Lead, Tech Lead, or equivalent) supervising software developers (Mandatory).
• True practical track record of architecting, deploying, and operating GenAI or LLM-driven solutions directly within a live Production environment specifically for automated content generation, personalization, or creative workflows (Mandatory).
• Deep structural command over modern AI paradigms and engineering patterns, including explicit familiarity with Prompt Engineering, Model Evaluation, RAG frameworks, or AI Observability suites (Mandatory).
• Proven technical capability to design, optimize, and maintain highly scalable, high-availability software architectures (Mandatory).
• High technical agility and an active, self-driven passion for exploring, benchmarking, and adopting emerging Generative AI frameworks and tools.
• Stellar interpersonal communication skills, strong organizational ownership, and a natural passion for mentoring engineers.
