Position Overview-

• System Administrator / IT Operations Specialist joining an internal engineering infrastructure division to maintain, secure, and scale the company's global corporate networks and compute environments.
• Taking direct technical responsibility over enterprise identity platforms, directory architectures, and cross-organizational Group Policies.
• Engineering and maintaining high-availability virtualization clusters and hybrid-cloud infrastructures to support internal R&D and operations.
• Deploying strict DevSecOps and infrastructure hardening methodologies to insulate internal corporate assets against multi-layered security vulnerabilities.
• Utilizing modern ITSM ticketing workflows to drive structured, low-latency service delivery and technical incident resolution for internal stakeholders.
• Infrastructure & Operations Ecosystem- System Administration, Windows Server, Active Directory (AD), GPO, VMware Virtualization, Microsoft Azure Cloud, Veeam Backup, Fortigate Firewalls, Forescout NAC, Patch Management, Trend Micro, Endpoint Security, OS Hardening, and IT Service Delivery (ITSM).

Requirements-

• 3 years of proven, hands-on professional experience in enterprise IT System Administration or Infrastructure Engineering (Mandatory).
• Comprehensive technical command and direct experience administering core directory networks and policy orchestration (AD/GPO) (Mandatory).
• Proven practical deployment and management expertise across virtualized environments, cloud architecture, and data protection platforms (VMware, Microsoft Azure, and Veeam) (Mandatory).
• Solid hands-on background handling network edge security appliances and perimeter rules, specifically with Fortigate firewalls (Mandatory).
• Functional familiarity with automated patch management workflows, endpoint protection tools (Trend Micro), or network access control frameworks (Forescout NAC) (Mandatory).
• Clear practical understanding of corporate cybersecurity deployment, system hardening, and security baselines (Mandatory).
• Experience operating within structured ITSM ticketing systems and formalized service-delivery workflows.
• Good communication and technical reporting capabilities in English (both written and verbal) for collaboration with distributed technical resources.
