Position Overview-

• IT Infrastructure & Help Desk Team Lead stepping into a pivotal leadership role to command, mentor, and scale an internal engineering squad of 4 System Administrators and Help Desk specialists.
• Taking comprehensive ownership over the company's global IT operations, enterprise network availability, and internal service delivery pipelines.
• Architecting, upgrading, and maintaining highly secure cross-organizational domain environments, virtualization clusters, and hybrid cloud infrastructures.
• Championing a service-oriented, metrics-driven IT operation by establishing structured SLA/KPI frameworks and formal incident management workflows.
• Managing external technology vendors, global hardware/software procurement, and licensing agreements while enforcing tight corporate budgeting and security baselines.
• IT Team Leadership, Windows Server, Active Directory (AD), GPO, Credentials Vaults, VMware Virtualization, Microsoft Azure Cloud, Veeam Backup, Fortigate Firewalls, Forescout NAC, KPI-Based Service Delivery, Incident Management, and Vendor Management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven, hands-on professional experience in enterprise IT Infrastructure engineering within high-standard corporate or technology product environments (Mandatory).
• Demonstrated professional experience leading technical teams, managing system administrators, or supervising IT support squads (Mandatory).
• Comprehensive, deep technical command over core directory services, policy orchestration, and identity infrastructure (AD/GPO) (Mandatory).
• Proven practical deployment and administration expertise across the following core stack: VMware virtualization, Microsoft Azure cloud, and Veeam backup systems (Mandatory).
• Solid hands-on background in network security administration, specifically with enterprise security appliances like Fortigate and Forescout (Mandatory).
• Practical familiarity implementing IT services based on structured metrics, KPI parameters, and formalized Incident Management protocols (Mandatory).
• Extensive experience steering external vendor negotiations, technical support contracts, and procurement pipelines.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and technical writing capabilities in English for smooth interaction with global business interfaces.
