The company is located in Tel Aviv (highly accessible via primary train lines) and operates on a hybrid model allowing for two to three days of remote work.

Position Overview-

• Senior AI / LLM Engineer joining an elite, founding-stage AI squad as a primary technical pillar, owning the end-to-end architecture and deployment of real-time cognitive systems.
• Designing and optimizing production-grade, multi-stage Agentic workflows and LLM orchestration layers capable of sub-second streaming analysis during live voice and text interactions.
• Going far beyond standard API integrations to manipulate, benchmark, and fine-tune open and closed-source foundational models for niche behavioral sales domains.
• Constructing robust, automated evaluation frameworks, prompt-testing pipelines, and rigorous quality-metric dashboards to track live model drift and accuracy.
• Collaborating directly with the founding team to dictate future algorithmic directions, tech stack choices, and infrastructure scalability paradigms.
• Technical & AI Stack- Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Orchestration, Multi-Stage Workflows, Model Fine-Tuning & Adaptation, Agentic Systems, Automated Evaluation Frameworks, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and Production ML Infrastructure.

Requirements-

• 5+ years of proven, hands-on professional experience building and scaling AI/ML systems inside real-world Production environments (Mandatory).
• Deep, comprehensive conceptual understanding of the underlying mechanics of Large Language Models—possessing the knowledge of how models process token weights and parameters natively rather than simply calling third-party APIs (Mandatory).
• Proven technical track record deploying and monitoring live LLM-driven software architectures at scale (Mandatory).
• Direct engineering experience with fine-tuning, model distillation, and custom adaptation techniques to optimize models for highly specialized enterprise use cases (Mandatory).
• Strong architectural background building complex AI orchestration layers, multi-agent state machines, context retrieval loops, and programmatic tool utilization (Mandatory).
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing systematic evaluation frameworks, automated testing pipelines, and strict quality assurance metrics for prompts and agentic behaviors (Mandatory).
• High technical autonomy, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the agility to solve complex, unstructured deep-tech challenges within a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
