Integration Practical Engineer

An established, financially stable technology and engineering corporation that designs and manufactures ultra-high-precision motion control systems and automation architectures optimized for the global semiconductor inspection industry.

The company is located in a prominent high-tech industrial park in Northern Israel and operates on a hybrid model with flexibility for one day of remote work alongside flexible working hours.

Position Overview-

• R&D Hardware Verification Engineer joining a multi-disciplinary hardware engineering unit to own and execute rigorous validation and verification processes for high-precision electronic boards and motion systems.
• Developing comprehensive hardware test plans, configuring laboratory simulation environments, and analyzing electrical and physical signals to verify design integrity.
• Reviewing board blueprints, tracing schematic pathways, and collaborating closely with design engineers to bridge development with physical manufacturing.
• Evaluating hardware resilience against complex operational criteria, identifying architectural bottlenecks, and documenting validation results to ensure zero-defect product rollouts.
• Collaborating with global compliance bodies and internal product quality teams to steer high-performance automation components through industrial testing phases.

Requirements-

• Practical Engineer or B.Sc. degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a highly related technical discipline (Mandatory).
• 2+ years of proven, hands-on professional experience as an R&D Verification / Validation Engineer within a hardware-centric or embedded product environment (Mandatory).
• Strong technical command and engineering familiarity with professional CAD tools, specifically OrCAD and Allegro, for schematic analysis and design tracing (Mandatory).
• Prior practical experience dealing with physical safety standards, industrial compliance, and formal system certification processes is a significant professional advantage.
• Direct engineering familiarity with motion control platforms, servo drives, precision sensors, or high-accuracy automation systems is a major plus.
• Highly analytical mindset, excellent structural problem-solving skills, and a methodical approach to tracking and eliminating electronic bugs.
