A leading and well-established company in the premium real estate sector is looking for an experienced and business-driven Regional Sales Team Manager to join its growing team.
We are seeking an ambitious and results-oriented sales leader with strong managerial capabilities, commercial understanding, and excellent relationship-building skills. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys leading people, and knows how to drive business growth while managing complex sales processes.
This position also offers strong long-term growth potential, including the opportunity to develop into a broader business development role within the company.
Responsibilities
- Managing and leading a regional sales team to achieve and exceed business targets.
- Coaching, mentoring, and supporting team members in their professional development and day-to-day activities.
- Managing the full sales cycle, from incoming leads through negotiations and deal closure.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities to expand the company’s sales pipeline.
- Leading commercial negotiations and supporting agreement processes until signing.
- Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision-makers.
- Monitoring team performance, pipeline management, and sales processes to drive continuous improvement.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience – a must.
- Previous experience managing a sales team – a must.
- Experience working in related industries such as commercial real estate, coworking spaces, hospitality, hotels, or other service-oriented environments - significant advantage.
- Previous B2B sales experience – significant advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Proven negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently while also leading collaborative team efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree – advantage.
