Position Overview-

• Technical Lead / Staff Software Engineer (Predictive Modeling Squad) leading an advanced engineering team dedicated to scaling predictive analytics engines and real-time forecasting pipelines.
• Owning the technical roadmap and architectural layout of a system processing a massive data volume of tens of millions of active transactions under ultra-high-scale constraints.
• Architecting, writing, and optimizing high-throughput distributed microservices primarily utilizing Java over AWS.
• Serving as the authoritative technical focal point, driving systemic design choices, and mentoring senior engineers.

Requirements

• 8 years of software engineering experience focused on core backend architectures (Mandatory).
• 2+ years of experience as a Tech Lead, Staff Engineer, or Principal Architect (Mandatory).
• Deep development and architectural mastery within the JVM ecosystem (Java, Scala, Kotlin, or Clojure) (Mandatory).
• Proven track record designing and operating high-scale distributed production systems (Mandatory).
• Practical familiarity with cloud environments (AWS) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
