Position Overview-

• Full-Stack R&D Team Lead stepping into a core leadership role to manage an agile engineering squad of 5 developers through direct and matrix personnel management.
• Balancing 40% hands-on (HO) architectural execution and technical delivery with 60% team mentorship, sprint planning, and people management.
• Leading the end-to-end delivery of complex, consumer-grade features across both client-side visualization layers and high-concurrency server-side services.
• Overseeing a modern full-stack development ecosystem heavily centered around Python and React.
• Driving high development standards, implementing robust software methodologies, and fostering a collaborative, top-tier engineering culture.

Requirements-

• 3 years of proven professional experience operating as an R&D Team Lead managing software engineering squads (Mandatory).
• 5 years of hands-on professional development experience focused on Python server-side architectures (Mandatory).
• 2 years of direct, production-grade development experience utilizing React for complex frontend web applications (Mandatory).
• Strong technical ownership and experience overseeing features throughout their entire application lifecycle within high-scale SaaS or product-oriented environments.
