The company is located in Tel Aviv (highly accessible, situated immediately adjacent to primary train and light rail stations). It operates on a hybrid model.

Position Overview-

• Full-Stack R&D Team Lead stepping into a pivotal leadership role, reporting directly to the Director of R&D, and balancing 30%–40% technical hands-on (HO) execution with 60%–70% personnel management and mentorship.
• Leading, mentoring, and scaling an agile engineering squad comprising three software developers and a student engineer, cultivating a culture of high velocity and quality.
• Architecting and scaling low-latency, secure server-side logic primarily utilizing Node.js (~70% of the backend footprint) alongside targeted workflows in Python.
• Overseeing the client-side evolution of intuitive, high-performance web applications built on React and TypeScript.
• Spearheading the deployment of cloud-native, serverless architectures and integrating advanced Generative AI and foundational models via AWS Bedrock.

Requirements-

• 5 years of proven, hands-on professional software engineering experience heavily focused on backend ecosystems like Node.js, Python, or Go (Mandatory).
• Proven professional experience operating as a Tech Lead, R&D Team Lead, or equivalent engineering supervisor (Candidates with brief leadership experience of a few months are welcome to apply) (Mandatory).
• Solid, production-grade development track record utilizing React and TypeScript (Mandatory).
• Candidates must possess substantial, post-military commercial industry experience (This role is not open to direct/fresh military tech unit graduates) (Mandatory).
• Strong practical engineering experience architecting, deploying, and operating infrastructure over public cloud environments, specifically AWS, is a highly significant professional advantage.
• Direct technical experience or hands-on implementation of Generative AI workflows, LLMs, or prompt engineering frameworks is a major plus.
• Prior professional background or engineering familiarity within the Medical, Healthcare, or Digital Health (MedTech) domain is a distinct advantage.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a natural passion for combining clinical impact with advanced software engineering.
