We are looking for

A Thermal Analysis Engineer for the Analysis team at the Aerospace division, based at our Haifa site.

You will take part in challenging engineering work in the fields of heat transfer and fluid dynamics, with direct impact on the design and development of advanced aerospace products and systems. This is an opportunity to lead R&D efforts, advance innovative thermal management technologies, and work with cutting-edge simulation tools in a multidisciplinary environment with meaningful defense impact.

In this role you will

Perform thermal and flow design for the division's products, using finite element and finite volume analyses and additional advanced tools

Plan and execute experiments for data collection and verification of analyses and designs

Advance heat transfer solutions and technologies across a wide range of products and systems

Lead research and development in the field of thermal management

Prepare and present analysis and design reports to customers

Develop tools and work methodologies

Requirements

B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Aeronautical Engineering

M.Sc. in Heat Transfer, Fluid Dynamics or Numerical Methods - advantage

Experience in numerical methods for solving physics-based problems using FDM, FVM, FEM - advantage

Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, NX - advantage

Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Matlab - advantage

Proficiency in MS Office

Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team and manage multiple interfaces
