Technical Manager – Defense Systems Integration Engineering & Systems Department | Naval & Missile Systems

We are looking for a Technical Manager responsible for system-level integration and technical coordination of complex multidisciplinary defense systems. The role focuses on ensuring proper integration between mechanical, electrical, communication, and interface systems across engineering teams and customer platforms.

What the role includes:

• Managing system-level integration activities and ensuring alignment between mechanical, electrical, communication, and interface requirements (ICD)

• Coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams in a matrix environment

• Working with internal engineering teams, subcontractors, and customers

• Supporting definition and execution of installation, testing, and integration plans

• Providing technical support during field issues and system troubleshooting

• Supporting system deployment and knowledge transfer to customer sites abroad

• Participating in laboratory and field testing activities and supporting system validation

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Engineering (Systems, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Aerospace, Software, or Electro-Optics)

• At least 5 years of experience in technical management, system integration, or multidisciplinary hardware environments

• Experience with defense systems or command and control systems

• Experience working in matrix organizations

• Strong English

• Experience in naval, airborne, or air defense systems

• Willingness to travel internationally
