Role Description

This position involves field-based sales and relationship management with healthcare professionals and decision-makers, including:

* Ophthalmologists in hospitals and private clinics

* Optometrists

* Eye clinics and diagnostic centers

* Purchasing and procurement professionals within medical institutions

The role offers hands-on exposure to advanced healthcare environments, including hospitals, operating rooms, and leading medical centers.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Requirements

* Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets

* Previous knowledge or experience in the ophthalmic, optical, or medical devices field - required or a significant advantage

* Experience in field sales and working with healthcare professionals, clinics, or professional customers - an advantage

* Strong ability to learn and understand advanced medical technologies and clinical applications

* Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and customer service skills

* Experience in training, educating, and supporting customers on products and solutions

* Ability to build, develop, and maintain long-term professional relationships

* Strong territory management, organizational, and time management skills

* Self-motivated, responsible, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently

* Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field - preferred

* Fluency in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken
