Cloud DevOps Team Leader 229534

We are looking for a hands-on Cloud DevOps Team Leader to lead the design, deployment, and optimization of secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure for a live cybersecurity SaaS product.

In this role, you will guide a team of DevOps engineers, define the technical direction, and take ownership of cloud infrastructure strategy across AWS, GCP, and Azure, with a strong focus on security, cost-efficiency, and production reliability.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers across architecture, automation, deployment, and operations
• Design, build, and maintain secure, highly available cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Architect and implement advanced cloud networking (VPCs, routing, VPNs, load balancers, firewall rules) in multi-cloud and hybrid environments
• Drive Infrastructure as Code practices using Terraform, Kubernetes, and Helm
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines (experience with Argo CD is a plus)
• Own production monitoring, incident response, and troubleshooting processes
• Lead cloud cost optimization initiatives while maintaining high performance
• Ensure alignment with cybersecurity standards and compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO27001)
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and security teams
• Promote best practices, continuous improvement, and technical excellence

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Cloud, DevOps, or SRE, including team leadership
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP in production environments
• Deep expertise in cloud networking architecture
• Proven experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, and scripting (Python/Bash)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Argo CD preferred)
• Strong understanding of cloud security and compliance
• Experience supporting production SaaS platforms, ideally in cybersecurity or critical systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
