The company's R&D headquarters is located in the Center region (exceptionally accessible, situated directly on a primary train and mass transit line) and operates on a hybrid model allowing for one day of remote work per week.

Position Overview-

• Full-Stack R&D Team Lead joining a high-impact engineering division, reporting directly to the R&D Group Manager.
• Balancing 30%-40% hands-on (HO) architectural execution with 60%-70% personnel management, sprint steering, and technical mentorship.
• Leading an agile team of 4 to 7 engineers developing across a high-concurrency backend built in Go (Golang) and a modular client interface built in React and TypeScript.
• Driving the design and deployment of distributed, low-latency microservices deeply integrated with modern DevOps ecosystem connectors.

Requirement

• One years of proven professional experience operating as an R&D Team Lead or engineering manager (Mandatory).
• 6 years of comprehensive, hands-on software development experience focused on backend or full-stack architectures (Mandatory).
• Deep programming mastery in at least one modern server language ideally Go, or alternatively Python, Node.js, Java, Scala, or Kotlin (Mandatory).
• Proven track record building and operating applications within public Cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP) (Mandatory).
• Solid practical understanding of containerization ecosystems, specifically Docker (Mandatory).
• Direct engineering exposure to microservices architectures, Kubernetes, and automated CI/CD pipelines.
