a global leader in the development and manufacturing for defense and civilian industries, is looking for an Assistant Controller to join its Finance Department.

📍 Location: Beit Shemesh, Israel

🕒 Full-time position | On-site

• Implement, monitor, and analyze financial and operational reporting processes

• Perform cost control and manufacturing analysis, including production orders, manufacturing costs, material consumption, variance analysis, and production costing

• Build forecasts and monitor inventory levels, project costs, progress, and profitability

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, tax reports, and management reports

• Support annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Production, Planning, Purchasing, and Logistics

• Participate in annual audit processes with external auditors

• Monitor inventory counts and reconciliations as part of ongoing financial controls and month-end closing processes

✔ Certified CPA – Mandatory

✔ At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Controller or FP&A Analyst – Mandatory

✔ Experience in a manufacturing / industrial company with inventory management – Mandatory

✔ Strong proficiency with Priority ERP – Mandatory

✔ Experience analyzing production data and manufacturing orders – Significant advantage

✔ Advanced Excel skills – Mandatory

✔ Strong analytical abilities with excellent attention to detail and a broad business perspective

✔ Highly organized, independent, and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment

This position reports directly to the Controller and offers the opportunity to play a key role in the financial operations of a leading global manufacturing company.
