Mobile Engineer

The company's R&D center is located in the Sharon region and operates on a hybrid work model allowing for one day of remote work per week.

Position Overview-

• Senior Mobile Engineer (iOS & Android) joining a core mobile development division, reporting directly to the Director of Mobile Engineering.
• Taking end-to-end technical ownership over complex mobile features across both iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin).
• Deeply integrating AI-driven development tools (Copilot, Cursor, etc.) into the daily engineering lifecycle for coding, testing, and debugging.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional Product, Design, Backend, and QA teams.

Key Responsibilities-

• Designing, writing, and optimizing production-grade mobile applications.
• Architecting asynchronous data streams, low-latency device pairing, and robust state management.
• Leveraging Generative AI engineering assistants daily to accelerate development and isolate bottlenecks.
• Ensuring smooth integration between software layers and wireless hardware protocols.

Requirements-

• 6+ years of professional mobile application development experience (Mandatory).
• Proven, direct experience integrating AI-based development tools into your daily coding workflow (Mandatory).
• Strong production-grade mastery in at least one of the following native stacks (with the ability to work on both):
• iOS: Swift, SwiftUI, Combine, Async-Await (Mandatory).
• Android: Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Flow, Coroutines (Mandatory).
• Track record of delivering and maintaining active applications in Production (App Store / Google Play).
