AI Platform Engineer

Position Overview-

• Founding AI / ML Engineer joining an elite squad at the ground floor, owning the end-to-end development, scaling, and implementation of cutting-edge Generative AI features from scratch.
• Balancing an 80% production-grade software engineering focus with a 20% rapid applied research focus to solve real-world, low-latency production bottlenecks.
• Leading the integration, benchmarking, and optimization of state-of-the-art pre-trained Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Engineering and deploying advanced, multi-step Multi-Agent LLM architectures and autonomous reasoning loops.
• Writing high-performance, robust, and clean production code in Python to bridge complex AI behaviors with modern cloud microservices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven, hands-on professional software development experience within fast-paced product environments (Mandatory).
• At least 1 year of direct, hands-on professional experience developing and deploying LLM-based systems or Generative AI workflows in production (Mandatory).
• Comprehensive, production-grade programming mastery in Python (Mandatory).
• Direct engineering experience working with pre-trained foundational models, model evaluation frameworks, and cloud-native backend environments (Mandatory).
• Strong practical understanding of data engineering structures, APIs, and modern database interactions.
• Exceptional technical autonomy, a strong architectural eye, and the execution speed required to thrive as a founding engineer building an enterprise platform from scratch.
