Founding Engineer

The company is located in Tel Aviv (highly accessible via primary train lines) and operates on a hybrid model combining in-office collaboration with remote work flexibility.

Position Overview-

• Founding Core Engineer / Tech Lead stepping into a high-impact, autonomous role as one of the very first technical hires, directly shaping the platform's architectural foundation.
• Taking complete end-to-end engineering ownership over complex system design, cross-tool API integrations, and low-latency data pipelines.
• Architecting and scaling multi-step AI Agent orchestration layers, context-retrieval systems, and conversational application structures.
• Bridging high-level product definitions with rapid, clean, and highly maintainable production-grade code execution.
• Driving core technical trade-offs, tech-stack evolutions, and foundational infrastructure decisions within a fast-moving, elite engineering ecosystem.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Computer Science from a leading academic institution OR an alumnus of an elite IDF technological/intelligence unit (e.g., 8200, Matzov, Mamram) (Mandatory).
• Solid, significant professional software engineering experience with a strong track record in production environments (Mandatory).
• Proven technical pedigree coming from highly recognized, top-tier technology product companies (Mandatory).
• Prior professional experience operating as a Tech Lead, Software Architect, R&D Team Lead, or Startup Founder (Mandatory).
• Comprehensive, production-grade backend programming mastery utilizing Node.js OR Python (Mandatory).
• True practical track record architecting and deploying systems over major public Cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) (Mandatory).
• Direct, hands-on engineering experience implementing Generative AI workflows, LLM APIs, agentic loops, or RAG architectures inside real-world applications (Mandatory).
• Strong practical familiarity or production experience utilizing React or TypeScript on the client-side is a distinct professional advantage.
• Exceptional system-level intuition, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the execution speed required to thrive as a founding engineer.
