LLM Engineer (AI)

Position Overview-

• Founding AI / ML Engineer joining an elite squad at the ground floor, owning the hands-on engineering, design, and deployment of complex Agentic AI Production Systems.
• Architecting and building autonomous agents from scratch, focusing on reasoning chains, tool orchestration, planning loops, and multi-step execution frameworks.
• Developing core, enterprise-grade engineering infrastructure around LLM agents, including evaluation frameworks, system observability, and real-time production monitoring at scale.
• Rapidly prototyping emerging GenAI techniques and safely deploying them into a fast-paced, high-velocity startup production environment.

Requirements-

• 5 years of proven, hands-on software development experience must have a strong engineering foundation and grown directly out of core software development roles (Mandatory).
• Comprehensive, production-grade programming mastery in Python (Mandatory).
• One year of direct, hands-on professional experience developing and deploying LLM-based systems, agentic frameworks, or production-grade Generative AI workflows (Mandatory).
• Proven track record in AI / ML Engineering, modern microservices architecture, cloud environments, and robust CI/CD pipelines (Mandatory).
• Strong technical autonomy, architectural depth, and the execution speed required to build scalable enterprise software from scratch.
