CYFORCE Cyber Security is expanding its Managed IT & Security Services division and is looking for a skilled Senior System Administrator to join our growing team. The role includes managing customer IT infrastructures, Microsoft 365 environments, servers, networking, security solutions, and providing high-level technical support to business customers.

Responsibilities

Administration and maintenance of Microsoft 365 environments
Management of Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint
Active Directory and Group Policy administration
Windows Server administration and troubleshooting
VMware / Hyper-V infrastructure management
Firewall and VPN administration (Fortinet, Sophos, Check Point)
Backup and Disaster Recovery management
User onboarding/offboarding and permissions management
Monitoring and maintenance of customer infrastructures
Troubleshooting complex technical issues
Participation in infrastructure projects, migrations and upgrades
Collaboration with the Cyber Security team to improve customers' security posture

Requirements

2+ years of experience as a System Administrator
Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online
Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Windows Servers
Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware / Hyper-V)
Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
Experience managing Firewalls
Experience with backup solutions
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and customer-facing abilities
Fluent Hebrew and good English
