System Administrator

CYFORCE Cyber Security is expanding its Managed IT & Security Services division and is looking for a skilled Senior System Administrator to join our growing team. The role includes managing customer IT infrastructures, Microsoft 365 environments, servers, networking, security solutions, and providing high-level technical support to business customers.

Responsibilities

• Administration and maintenance of Microsoft 365 environments
• Management of Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint
• Active Directory and Group Policy administration
• Windows Server administration and troubleshooting
• VMware / Hyper-V infrastructure management
• Firewall and VPN administration (Fortinet, Sophos, Check Point)
• Backup and Disaster Recovery management
• User onboarding/offboarding and permissions management
• Monitoring and maintenance of customer infrastructures
• Troubleshooting complex technical issues
• Participation in infrastructure projects, migrations and upgrades
• Collaboration with the Cyber Security team to improve customers' security posture

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a System Administrator
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Windows Servers
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware / Hyper-V)
• Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• Experience managing Firewalls
• Experience with backup solutions
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and customer-facing abilities
• Fluent Hebrew and good English
