Full Stack Engineer

The company is located in Tel Aviv (highly accessible, situated in the heart of the city near primary public transportation and train lines) and operates on a hybrid model allowing for two days of remote work per week.

Key Responsibilities-

• Writing highly clean, maintainable, and object-oriented server-side logic utilizing Ruby on Rails, Go, and Node.js.
• Engineering highly modular, responsive, and reusable component architectures on the client side using React.
• Participating in the foundational system design, architectural layout, and data modeling for the company's next-generation AI features.
• Building and consuming robust, secure RESTful and GraphQL APIs designed to process highly sensitive financial data.
• Leading deep code reviews, optimizing application performance across the entire software stack, and enforcing modern testing paradigms.
• Engineering & FinTech Stack- Ruby on Rails, Go (Golang), Node.js, React, Full-Stack Architecture, FinTech Systems, B2B2C Product Engineering, Asynchronous Data Workflows, and Generative AI Implementations.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. or relevant academic technological degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a highly related quantitative engineering discipline (Mandatory).
• 6+ years of proven, hands-on professional experience in Full-Stack Software Engineering within product-centric tech companies (Mandatory).
• Solid backend development track record with practical production experience utilizing Ruby, Go, Node.js, or Python (Mandatory).
• Strong, production-grade client-side development mastery utilizing React (Mandatory).
• Direct engineering familiarity with relational database design, message queuing, and building scalable backend architectures.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving skills, strong product ownership, and the collaborative mindset required to drive a founding AI unit forward.
