Hardware Development Engineer

Alcon Systems is growing, and we are looking for a hands-on hardware engineer to join our team.

We develop advanced embedded and multidisciplinary systems, including custom electronic boards, robotics-related hardware, communication systems, production testers, and products that combine hardware, firmware, software, and mechanical design.

The role includes hardware architecture, schematic design, component selection, PCB design review, board bring-up, debugging, validation, and support for production.

Relevant experience:

• Digital and analog board-level design
• MCU / MPU-based systems
• Power supplies and power management
• Interfaces such as USB, Ethernet, CAN, UART, SPI, I²C
• Lab measurements, debugging, and board bring-up
• Altium Designer or similar EDA tools
• Working closely with firmware and mechanical teams

Experience with high-speed design, embedded Linux platforms, RF, robotics, or production testing is an advantage.
