Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of advanced desktop applications using C#, WPF, and .NET technologies.
- Provide technological leadership and architectural guidance for complex software systems.
- Develop rich and scalable UI applications using MVVM architecture and XAML.
- Lead technical decision-making, code reviews, and best development practices.
- Mentor and guide software developers within the team.
- Collaborate closely with system engineers, integration teams, QA, and project managers.
- Drive software quality, performance optimization, and maintainability.
- Participate in end-to-end development processes, from requirements definition to deployment.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in C#/.NET development.
- Proven experience in WPF desktop application development.
- Strong experience with MVVM architecture and XAML.
- Technical Leadership experience.
- Experience designing complex software architectures.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary development environments.
- High level of English.
