CTO Co-Founder

Looking for a technical co-founder / CTO for an early-stage AI-native company.

We’re building a vertical AI product around a real business workflow with clear financial impact.

We’re keeping the exact domain and product details private publicly, but this is not a slide-deck idea or a generic AI wrapper.

We’ve built the prototype, have paying clients, including a NASDAQ-traded company, and are seeing early interest from both potential customers and investors around the problem space.

The company has moved past the idea stage. The need is real, the initial product direction is validated, and the next step is turning it into a robust, scalable product.

A bit of context:

I come from deep domain experience in the category we’re building for, including executive experience in publicly traded companies and repeat-founder experience. I’ve spent years working directly with the type of business problems this product is designed to solve.

I’m looking for a technical partner who wants to build the company with me from the early stage.

The ideal person is:

* A strong hands-on full-stack engineer

* Comfortable building AI-native products from 0→1

* Strong with backend, APIs, data, infrastructure, and product architecture

* Pragmatic, fast-moving

* Interested in vertical AI, automation, business workflows, and products with direct financial value

* Looking for founder-level ownership, not just another job

Important: this is a pre-funding co-founder role.

Compensation is equity-first at this stage, with salary planned after funding or an agreed revenue milestone. The right person would receive meaningful founder-level equity, with proper vesting, IP, responsibilities, and founder agreement in place.
