we’re Hiring: Student Service Representatives for the Municipal 106 Service Center

Nahariya Municipality is looking for students only to join the Municipal 106 Service Center as Service Representatives for shift-based work.

This is a great opportunity for students who are service-oriented, responsible, and looking to gain meaningful experience in a dynamic municipal environment.

Position Overview

The role includes providing telephone and written responses to residents’ inquiries, following up on cases until completion, coordinating with multiple departments, and working in a fast-paced environment under pressure. The position also includes ongoing availability and response during emergencies, as well as continuous monitoring of cameras to identify hazards and municipal issues.

Main Responsibilities

• Providing professional telephone and written service to residents
• Tracking and managing inquiries until resolution
• Coordinating with relevant municipal departments and external interfaces
• Working in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment
• Supporting emergency response procedures when required
• Monitoring municipal cameras to identify hazards and incidents
• Working as part of a team while maintaining high service standards

Requirements

• Students currently enrolled in a recognized academic institution for a bachelor’s or master’s degree
• Availability for shift work in a 24/7 service center, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Commitment to at least 3 shifts per week, including weekend shifts
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• High service orientation, patience, responsibility, professionalism, and dedication
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent Hebrew
• English – an advantage
• No criminal record
• Preference will be given to residents of Nahariya

Hourly wage. Good conditions for suitable candidates.

The number of shifts will be determined according to operational needs.
