NPI Engineer- Electronics

A leading company specializing in power‑supply and communication solutions, engaged in the development and manufacturing of both off‑the‑shelf and custom products for military, civil aviation, and space applications, is seeking an Electronics Engineer for the Engineering Department.

Job Description

• Supporting the NPI (New Product Introduction) process for products integrating mechanics, electronics, and wiring.
• Providing technical support to production lines (online support) across the company’s manufacturing sites, as part of the Engineering Department activities.
• Improving and updating technical documentation (schematics, ATP/ATR/Calibration/Programming documents).
• Writing test procedures and documenting testing processes.
• Preparing engineering change documentation (ECO/ECR).
• Working closely with R&D teams, production departments in Israel and abroad.
  
  

• Education: B.Sc. Electronics Engineer or Practical Electronics Engineer.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering and transferring electronic/electro‑mechanical assemblies from development to production (NPI) — must.
• Experience with analog circuits at testing and verification levels — strong advantage.
• Hands‑on experience with electronic design and schematic tools: OrCAD, Microsoft Office — must.
• Experience in test‑fixture design, automation of test processes — advantage.
• Knowledge of PCB and electronic device manufacturing processes in the defense industry — advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile, Priority, Solid Edge — advantage.
• Familiarity with enclosure/mechanical design topics and ability to read mechanical drawings — advantage.
• Excellent English (spoken and written) — must.
• Availability to work with overseas production sites (USA, India).
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work across multiple interfaces.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
