User Experience Designer

Senior UX / Human Factors Specialist-

Mobile Group is a leading Israeli tech company specializing in Cyber-Embedded, AI & Data Mining, IoT, and Automotive Tech.

We’re looking for a Senior UX / Human Factors Specialist to join our team and drive the UX characterization of complex operational systems, translating system requirements into intuitive user flows, interface behaviors, and functional user experiences. This role emphasizes UX architecture, operational thinking, and system characterization rather than visual or graphic design.

Responsibilities

• Translate System Engineering requirements into operational UX concepts, user flows, and interface behaviors.
• Create wireframes, screen specifications, and navigation flows for complex systems.
• Define task management, alerts, statuses, and critical information presentation within the interface.
• Conduct usability evaluations and support implementation with Development and QA teams.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including System Engineering, Development, QA, and Design.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX characterization / Human Factors Engineering for complex systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in UX, Human Factors Engineering, Cognitive Psychology, or a related field
• Strong experience translating System Engineering requirements into UX flows and operational interfaces.
• Experience creating wireframes and functional UX specifications.
• Deep understanding of user workflows, operational scenarios, task management, and interface behavior.
• Ability to think both system-wide and detail-oriented.
• Experience conducting usability testing and validating UX concepts.
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary environments.
