Contracts & Sales student

We are looking for

A student to join the Contracts & Sales team at our Aerospace division site in Haifa

You will be part of a team that manages commercial relationships with customers in Israel and worldwide, supports the preparation of proposals, and accompanies contracts from end to end. This is an opportunity to step into the world of sales and contracts in the defense industry, gain hands-on experience, and get a close look at meaningful international operations

In this role you will

Support the sales and contracts team, including entering orders into the ERP system, issuing invoices, delivery notes, and logistics coordination

Support the preparation of proposals and responses to tenders

Maintain ongoing communication with customers in Israel and abroad

Manage orders and contracts from a commercial and financial perspective

Issue invoices and follow up on collections

Requirements

Student pursuing a Bachelor's degree with at least one and a half years of studies remaining, or a Master's degree student, in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or Industrial Engineering & Management

Familiarity with ERP systems (LN) - advantage

Technical understanding and ability to read and write SOWs - advantage

Experience and background in the defense industry - advantage

Full proficiency in Office applications with emphasis on Excel

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English

Availability for at least two working days per week

Excellent interpersonal skills, sense of responsibility, ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and interfaces
